For hotel reservations and amenities, choose the Peermont Hotels App. To manage your loyalty rewards, keep track of your points, and use offers at Burgersfort or other locations, go with the Winners Circle Rewards App.

How to Install on Android
If your phone runs Android 6.0 or newer, open Google Play Store and search either “Peermont Hotels” or “Winners Circle Rewards.” Make sure Peermont Global is shown as the publisher before installing.
Once you have the app, allow it to use your location and send notifications. Tap Thaba Moshate in the property list, then log in with your Winners Circle account or set up a new one. You’ll confirm your mobile number by SMS.
App downloads take up around 50MB; expect updates between 40 to 60MB depending on usage. By default, apps will update over Wi-Fi unless you switch that off in your phone settings.
Downloading on iOS Devices
For iPhones and iPads with iOS 12.0 or later, just find the apps in the Apple App Store. Search by name and check that Peermont is shown as the developer, then hit Get. Install using Face ID, Touch ID, or your password.
When the app opens, accept push notifications. Sign in, or register if you haven’t before. Linking your Winners Circle account unlocks Thaba Moshate’s property-specific deals.
Apps eat up about 45 to 65MB, and will auto-update when you’re on Wi-Fi and plugged in unless you change the option in your settings.
Registering Your Account
If you’re new, registration is available within the app or on thabamoshate.co.za. We’ll need your full name as per your official ID, South African mobile number, and a decent password with at least one capital letter and a number. Booking Hotel Rooms
Need a room at the Metcourt Hotel? The Peermont Hotels App lets you view what’s free, compare categories, see costs with tax, and reserve in a few taps. No need to call the front desk.
After you enter dates, select your room and enter guest information. Pick to pay online or at arrival. Your booking reference appears in the My Trips section - handy if you need to change something.
Double-bookings are avoided, since availability is updated live. There’s mobile check-in, available a day before you arrive, so you skip waiting in the lobby. Housekeeping, wake-up calls, concierge, and even parking info are all in the app, along with business centre and gym hours.
Table and Restaurant Reservations
It’s simple to book dining at Platinum Aloe via the app. Set your preferred time, group size, and food needs. Shows at Molecule Showbar are also listed, including dates and performers. Tickets can be booked with TicketPro from your phone and stored digitally.
We’ll remind you about your booking twice: one day and one hour before the show. The onsite TicketPro kiosk is open 10am to midnight for other things too, like airtime top-ups.

You need an internet connection for syncing. Offline, you’ll see only stored bookings and cached info. Close to Burgersfort? The app will auto-switch to Thaba Moshate location using GPS.
Tablet layouts have extra menus, and you can use your device in portrait or landscape.
Security, Account Access, and Privacy
Protecting your information is a must. There are several layers in place: strong passwords are required, sessions timeout if you walk away for 15 minutes, and you can use Face ID or a fingerprint instead of a PIN.
Certain actions need two-factor authentication with a code by SMS. Only registered devices can sign in. All data sent uses encryption. You can see your recent activity, change your password, and set up biometrics in the security menu.
If your phone goes missing, you can remotely log out via the website, or by phoning us. Password reset codes are always sent to your phone.
Customising Notifications
